It’s been almost 2 years back when I was hired by my hair stylist, Ronny for a photoshoot with Cynthia. A big printout was hung right before his door steps before entering his studio that I still remember and some were actually used in his website as well.

In between the 2 years, I was asked again and again for another photoshoot unfortunately I was just too busy with work. Finally I’ve decided to free up some of my time this round for a shoot with Charlene in Ronny’s new shop in New World Park. It’s a great opportunity and a more wider space for a shoot due to the available room in his shop.

Paul Mitchell, a very famous man in hair styling industry has a supplier locally here that told Ronny that they might take some of the pictures taken for their future use in their brochures. It’ll be awesome to see some of my work in the commercial industry. Looking forward to it…

It’s my first time attending a church wedding and it’s definitely an eye opener. Thanks Daniel & Cheryl for the invitation…

Long awaited package has finally arrived. Danbo has been a hot cake for a toy that is limited for purchase only in Japan Amazon. I’m glad I got an opportunity to own one myself thanks to a friend of mine.

Head to Strait Quay for dinner with parents and my other half. There’s a German restaurant is named is Weissbrau that is highly recommended by some of my colleague’. It’s a great restaurant with a great vibe unfortunately the table is just too small for the plates and drinks.

Anyway, it’s my first time to Strait Quay and indeed the environment is stunning. Restaurants by the seaside it’s just great especially during evening hour where the sun sets by the horizon.

It’s a public holiday today and we’ve decided to head to IKEA for some window shop. As you can see it ended up as an actual shopping instead…

Shot is taken at the lobby in Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It’s a really nice hotel and it’s in the center of the city where malls are everywhere.

Pay a visit to Tony Romas in Pavilion shopping center with my wife. I was down basically for a business trip and it’s been awhile I’ve mentioned that I’ll bring here there. The meal is just awesome.

It’s about time to have a hair cut and first thing that comes to my mind is Ronny. Gave him a ring to made an appointment before X’mas. It’s just great that I have my camera with me hence I took a couple of shots of his saloon on his X’mas deco in the shop. Having my hair cut in such a saloon is really pampering as you can see how cozy it is…

First and foremost, I’d like to thank and congratulate Kok Aun & Shin Yee for inviting me to their auspicious day. It’s been also a pleasure to collaborate with Chiat Hau this round as well. Anyway, this round we split ourselves by having him working on the bride’s shots and myself on the groom’s shot in the morning due to the different location of the newly weds.

It’s a great experience as most photographers will have lots of preparation shots on the bride’s end but not really on the groom’s end. Hence this round is an eye opener for me…(Note: Do remember to visit Chiat Hau‘s website for more stunning pictures of the auspicious day for the newly weds)

The newly wed’s wedding dinner in Cititel has brought a lot of memories for me. Instead of being the main character this round, I was assigned a task to be a photographer along with another talented photographer. It’s just an awesome experience…

I’m so happy that it finally arrived at my letter box today. Can’t wait to see Joey’s documentary DVD of his tour to Ethiopia titled “Faces of a Vanishing World“. I can’t say it’s an eye opener as I haven’t actually watch it yet as I’m still amazed that I actually got the first of 500 copies which has Joey’s signature, which i think it’ll be a collectible item. I’m glad that Joey is going to contribute a portion of his sales to the Survival International who are supporting the tribal people of the Omo Valley which I feel I’m contributing to it too.
